I like how I don't have to drink ashwaganda or take any pills to get this dose. What's really helpful for me is the low dose ! As someone who has issues with excess testosterone deposits, ashwaganda helps my anxiety but I don't want it boosting androgen and testosterone- this dose is enough to keep it balanced !
